摘要
介绍自行配制的2%甲基纤维素及羟丙基甲基纤维素作前房充填剂,在兔动物试验中可保护角膜内皮、保持前房深度。1%茜草红角膜内皮活细胞染色放大100倍显微镜下观察,实验组及对照组无明显差别。临床应用于后房型人工晶体植入27例27眼,术后反应轻微。2%羟丙基甲基纤维素质地透明,粘稠度适中,更适宜眼内手术。
2% MC and 2% HPMC, made up by ourselves,were applied to rabbits firstly. The result showed thatthese two materials have no toxicants and stimulantsfor intraocular tissues. They could protect the cornealendothelia and keep the anterior chamber in normaldepth effectively. They were used in 27 cases of patientof IOL implantation. NO one appeared decompensationof corneal endothelia, the postoperative light cornealedema and anterior chamber reaction only related to op-erative skill and the primary condition of the cornealendothelia.
