首次报道了鞭式节丛孢的氯化钠和氯化镉耐受性 .在查氏平板上培养 39d ,鞭式节丛孢对氯化钠的最高耐受浓度为 0 .6molL-1,对氯化镉的最高耐受浓度为 3.0mmolL-1;在LCMA平板上 ,0 .18molL-1氯化钠抑制三维菌网的形成 ,0 .30molL-1氯化钠抑制厚垣孢子的萌发 ,0 .0 5mmolL-1氯化镉抑制三维菌网形成 ,0 .0 7mmolL-1氯化镉抑制厚垣孢子萌发 .图 1表 3参
The hyphal growth of Arthrobotrys flagrans CBS583.91 was inhibited by increasing concentrations of NaCl and CdCl 2 after being inoculated for 39 d on Czapek's Solution Agar, and these might affect the formation of adhesive networks and germination of chlamydospores after being inoculated for 15 d on LCMA. For hyphal growth, the threshold concentration was c(NaCl)=0.6 mol L -1 or c(CdCl 2)=3.0 m mol L -1 . The formation of adhesive networks was not inhibited until c(NaCl)=0.18 mol L -1 or c(CdCl 2)=0.05 m mol L -1. Meanwhile the germination of chlamydospores was inhibited under c(NaCl)=0.30 mol L -1 or c(CdCl 2)=0.07 m mol L -1. The effects of concentrations of the two chemicals on germination of chlamydospores, adhesive networks-forming and growth were varied. Fig 1, Tab 3, Ref 8
