摘要
我院近3年内收治眼球挫伤46例,其中视网膜震荡22例、视网膜出血18例、脉络膜出血15例、黄斑出血及变性7例。经随机抽样分组,甲组23例用西医法治疗,乙组23例用中西医法治疗。治疗后,视力恢复在0.2以上者甲组为78%、乙组为91%;眼底病变消退时间乙组多在10～20天,甲组多在20～30天。中西医法较西医法有显著的疗效。对治疗挫伤性眼底病变的原因及提高疗效的原理,进行了简要的讨论。
Fourty-six cases of eyeball contusion werehospitalized during three years, among which therewere 22 cases of commotio retinae, 18 cases of retinalhemorrhage, 15 cases of choroidal hemorrhage and 7cases of macula hemorrhage and degeneration. Throughrandom sampling they were divide into group A, 23cases, applied western medicine (WM) and group B, 23cases,applied chinese and western medicine (CWM). Aftertreatment, vision recoveed more than 0.2, group A was78%, group B was 91%; fundus changes disappear timegroup B was 10～20 days,and group A was 20～30days. The effect of CWM was better than WN. Thecause of pathologic changes of contuion on theeyeball and the principles of treatment were discussedbriefly.
