摘要
晚期青光眼98例115眼(开角型78眼,闭角型37眼)全部视功能很差超过1个月之久。周边视野各经线<10°或鼻侧侵及注视点而颞侧<20°者76眼,术后无1眼视力<0.05;光感手动的21眼无1眼失去光感;指数～0.04的18眼中仅有1眼术后降低到光感手动,此眼因第1次手术感染失败做了2次手术。本组病例情况证实晚期青光眼手术导致视力严重下降的可能性极小。
98 cases (115 eyes) of glaucoma (78 POAG and 37ACG) were operated in late stage. Among 76 eyeswith peripheral visual field<10°in all meridians or in-vasion of fixation point nasally and < 20°temporally,there had been no eye in which the visual acuity dimin-ished to less than 0,05; 21 eyes with L P or H M hadnot lost L P; only 1 eye in 18 eyes with F.C. to0.04 had its visual acuity diminished to H M. It wasproved by the result of this serires of glaucoma patientsthat the probability, of serious diminution of visioncaused by antiglaucomatous operation is minimum.
