摘要
研制了一种可对电控喷油器喷雾颗粒作精确测试的光电测量装置。基于光的衍射散射理论,对激光经颗粒漫反射后产生的空间能量分布进行检测,并对所得数据加以转换和处理,从而得到被测颗粒的尺寸分布、平均直径和颗粒浓度等;同时,采用图像处理技术对喷雾雾化角进行测试,在测量中,由摄像头拍摄出激光束穿越油雾后形成的形状,采用快速傅里叶变换将图片处理成数字图片,从而计算出雾化角。
A photoelectric inspection apparatus has been developed to measure the atomization of fuel and mean diameter of drops of fuel injectors that are used in electronically controlled gasoline engines. It is based on the theory of diffraction optics and scatter reflection. After the dimensional energy distribution of reflected laser is determined, the data are obtained and processed with a computer. At the same time, another apparatus aided with image processing technology has been developed to measure the atomization angle of fuel injectors. During the processing, the photographs of laser through atomized fuel field are obtained and digitized by fast Fourier transform algorithm method.
