气相色谱在线提取法检测茶叶中的农药残留 被引量:13

Determinaton of Pesticides Residue in Tea by GC with the On-line Extraction

摘要 根据电解质作用原理和盐析的原理,参考H.Steiwandter提出的在线提取方法,以常规方法为对照,在茶叶的有机氯农药残留检测中,采用超声波振荡提取、分离,并在同一三角瓶中进行液 液分配,通过净化、浓缩最后上机检测。结果表明:采用该方法其最低检测浓度为0 044~0 617ng g,加样回收率在81 8~98 0%之间,符合农药残留检测的国家标准,且比常规方法操作更简便、检出率更高,可克服常规方法的被测成分容易在多次转移中损失,从而影响检测准确性的缺点。 To detect quantily of pesticides residue in tea, based on the principle of salting out electrolyte and refering on-line method recommended H. Steiwandter, a method this study adopts method of oscillatory extraction with ultrasonic wave is described. After separating and exchanging between solvents of detected compositions in selfsame deltoid grass flask, then sample solutions are purified, concentrated and detected by gas chromatograph. The results showed that recoveries are 81.8~98.0% with detection limit of 0.044~0.617ng/g, it accorded with national standard for determination of pesticides residue. Operation for the method is simple and relevance ratio is better than that of the traditional method. It can resolve problem that accuracy of detection is lower in the standard method , in which the compositions detected in samples easily losed due to multiple transference between flasks.
