摘要
论证了国际标准推荐的Ⅱ型误差方差计算方法有时导致计算结果出现负值这种不合理现象的根本原因,指出了国家标准规定的Ⅱ型误差方差计算公式的计算结果应是垂线平均流速总误差方差,而不是Ⅱ型误差方差,提出了一种从垂线平均流速总误差方差和系统误差中分离出Ⅱ型误差方差和系统误差的方法。经4个水文站的资料验证,这种方法是计算Ⅱ型误差方差和系统误差的合理可行的方法。
The calculation method of the error type Ⅱ in measurement flow by velocity-area method is presented. The core concept in this method is that the variance and systematic error of the error type Ⅱ should be separated from the variance and systematic error of the total error in the mean velocity at a given vertical. The calculated results in four gauging stations show that this method is not only reasonable but also more accurate and feasible compared with formulas recommended by ISO 1088-1985.
