摘要
面对“素质教育”教育改革的要求,从素质教育的内涵和特征以及高校体育教师素质与素质教育的关系进行了系统阐释,特别论述了素质教育对高校体育教师的要求。高校体育教师应自觉主动地对自身的教育理念、师德水平、知识结构、业务能力、教育科研能力和创新能力进行完善和提高。
This article gives a systematic description on the requirements of education reform, implicit meanings of quality and relationship between university teacher quality and quality education. The requirement on the university P. E. teachers imposed by quality education is the focus of this paper. University P. E. teachers ought to improve their moral characters level, knowledge structure,professional work capability,education scientific research capability and the innovation capability.
