摘要
目的 探讨X线模拟定位机导向经皮肺穿刺活检用于肺部占位性疾病诊断的意义。方法 采用DLTRA -CUT型 16G、18G、2 0G软组织切割式活检针在X线模拟定位机导向下穿刺诊断 6 3例肺占位性疾病。结果 6 3例均穿刺成功 ,获得组织学资料 ,病理组织学检查符合率为 88.9% (5 6 / 6 3)。并发症 9例(14 .3% ) ,其中气胸 6例 ,血痰 3例 ,均未需做特殊处理。结论 模拟定位机导向经皮肺穿刺活检是一种安全、实用的技术 ,它减少了开胸探查术 ,可在有条件的单位广泛开展。
Objective:To explore the significance of lung biopsy through X-ray-simulator-guided percutaneous paracentesis in the diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of the lung. Methods:Sixty-three patients with space-occupying lesions of the lung underwent lung biopsy through X-ray-simulator-guided percutaneous paracentesis and DLTRA-CUT 16 G, 18G or 20G soft-tissue-cutting biopsy needles were used.Results:Histological materials were available by means of 63 cases of successful puncures. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the histologically examined lesions was 88.9%(56/63).Complications occurred in 9 cases(14.3%) including 6 cases of pneumothorax and 3 cases of hemoptysis, however, they didn't need any treatment.Conclusions:Lung biopsy through X-ray-simulator-guided percutaneous paracentesis is a safe and practical technique and lessens the exploratory operation by means of theoracotomy. It may be widely used in hospital if conditions permit.
