摘要
目的 探讨不良孕产史患者与细胞遗传学的关系。方法 对 4 5 0例有不良孕产史的患者进行外周血染色体核型分析。结果 4 5 0例中有 4 9例染色体核型异常 ,异常检出率为 10 .89% ,其中性染色体异常 2 3例 ,常染色体异常 2 6例。结论 染色体异常是导致不良孕产史的重要原因。
Objective: To study the relationship between abnormal pregnancy and cytogenetics. Mnthods: Chromsome karyotype for peripheral blood was analysed from 450 cases with the history of abnormal pregnancy. Results: There are 49 abnormal chromosome karyotype of the 450 cases .The incidence of abnormal rate was 10.89%. Sexual chromosome mutation was found in 23 cases and somatic chromosome mutation in 26 cases. Conclusion The abnormality of chromosome is one of the basic reasons of disfavorable pregnancy.
