摘要
江泽民同志在中共十六大上提出“全面建设小康社会”的总体构想具有三大理论特色:它既是实现社会主义之客观道路的通俗表达,也是有中国特色之现代化进程的独特描述,更是对适应当代要求的有中国特色社会主义理论的科学定位和创新。
The general blueprint of 'building a well-to-do society on a full scale' raised by Comrade Jiang Zemin at the 16th Congress of the CPC has three major theoretical features. It is a simple-language representation of taking the objective route of socialism, a unique description of the process of modernization with Chinese characteristics, and scientific positioning and new interpretation of socialism with Chinese characteristics that meets the needs of the time.
