摘要
透明度原则是WTO重要的基本原则和追求目标。本文从透明度原则对国土资源管理的要求和影响出发,探求如何改进国土资源管理的方式、转变政府职能,从而创造与国际惯例接轨、充分发挥市场作用的社会经济环境。
Transparence principle is one of the most important, elementary principles and goals in WTO. Based on the influence of transparence principle in WTO on the territory resource management and its requirement, the paper explores how to improve the way of territory resource administration and transform of the government function to meet with the international usage and form a social economic environment to develop the function of market mechanism fully.
