摘要
在科技创新对经济的贡献中 ,风险投资是尖端技术崛起的一个关键因素。文章在概述了风险投资的概念、特征和作用等的基础上 ,对中美风险投资的发展进行了较为详实的对比分析 ,由此指出了我国风险投资业目前存在的问题 ,进而提出相关发展对策和建议。
In the contribution of science and technology innovation for economy, risk investment is a key factor of the emergence of the most advanced technology. On the basis of generalizing the conception?characteristics and functions of risk investment, this article mainly carrys on analyzing the development of Sino-American risk investment comparatively and accurately, finally gives some suggestions to develop our country's risk investment.
