摘要
用HRP-SPA免疫组织化学技术观察了胺草灵舛TR-2系大鼠胰岛β细胞的影响。在5d内给大鼠经口投予胺草灵LD_(50)剂量时,胰岛的分布、形态,β细胞的分布、数量、形态以及免疫反应产物等未见明显改变。
The experiment observed the effects of Amiprophs on pancreatic islets beta cells of TR-2 pure bred rats by HRP-SPA immunohistochemical method. No significant changes were showed not only in distribution and the forms of the pancreatic islets, but also in the distribution and quality and the forms and the immune response of β cell of rats feeded with amiprophs in LD_(50) dosages for five days.
