摘要
企业劳动管理是维护劳动者合法权益的重要保证 ,而外资企业的劳动管理形势不容乐观。本文从分析我国外资企业劳动管理存在的突出问题出发 ,指出了存在问题的原因所在 ,并从完善劳动立法及加强劳动监查力度等四方面提出了解决的方法。
The corporate labour management is an important quarantee to vindicate the lawful rights of workers. However, at present there is no reason for us to be optimistic about the labour management of foreign companies. The essay starts from the analysis 0f the outstanding problems in the labour management of china?s foreign companies ,points out why such problems exist ,and then bring forward solutions to these problems from four aspects, that is ,perfect labour legislation, enhance the labour inspection and so on .
