摘要
本文根据燕山大学专业实验室的特点,具体讨论了如何加强实验技术队伍的建设,提高实验技术人员的自身素质,加强实验室的管理工作,做好实验教学。
Based on the traits of Yanshan university's special laboratory, in this article we have concretely discussed how to in-tensify the construction of experimental technical personnel, how to improve the diathesis of the experimental technical personnel and make the experiment education better.
