摘要
研究了U(Ⅵ)与邻氯苯基荧光酮(o-Cl-PF)的显色反应条件:在非离子表面活性剂(吐温-80)存在下,pH 8.0三乙醇胺(TEA)-HCl缓冲介质中形成紫红色配合物,最大吸收波长在560mn,ε=1.48×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),含U量在0~1.2μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律。结合D_(235)型强碱性阴离子交换树脂分离,方法可用于矿石中痕量U的测定。
The colour reaction of Uranium (VI) with o-C1-PF-tween-80 in a triethanola-mine-hydrochloric acid medium (pH 8 ) was studied. The red complex shows a maximum absorbance at 560 nm with molar absorptivity of 1.48 × 105L-mol-1-cm-1. Beer's law is obe'yed over the range 0-1.2μg/ml for U(VI). After separation with D235 anion resin, trace U in ores can be determined with satisfactory results.
