摘要
区域均衡发展是各国努力的目标。20世纪80年代中国的改革开放一方面使东部地区优先发展,从而带动了整个中国经济的发展,另一方面造成了东部和西部差异过大的事实。在这样的背景下,中国政府在20世纪末及时提出了区域发展战略西移的"西部大开发"战略。在此战略下,中国经济各区域间应均衡发展,全面建设小康社会。
The balanced regional development is the goal various countries pursuing. The Reform and Opening up policy implemented in the 1980's in China from one hand gave priority to the development of the East, and thus drove the economic development of whole China, but on the other hand the policy has caused too large difference between the East and the West. Under such background, the central government of China put forward the 'Great Development in the West ' strategy which indicates the westward moving of the regional development strategy. With the guidance of this strategy the various regions tries to realize the balanced economic development and the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
