摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定利巴韦林注射液的含量,与液相色谱法(HPLC)比较. 两法测定结果偏差<1%,本法简单、快捷、准确。
This paper describes the method of determination of injection ribavirini by UV spectrophotometry, and it is compared with HPLC. The results indicate that this method is more simple,rapid and accurate, and the deviation of the two methods is <1%. It contributes to control the quality of semi-finished-products of workshop.
