摘要
通过分析电子商务引发的隐私权保护问题 ,以及部分国家隐私权保护的立法现状和立法趋势 ,针对中国的隐私权保护立法提出了一些设想与建议 ,希望能对推动中国电子商务中的隐私权保护立法起到积极的作用。
This paper discusses the problems on the legal protection of right to privacy in electronic commerce, and introduces the present and development in legal protection of right to privacy in certain countries. Some assumptions and proposals are advanced for further development in the legal protection in China.
