本文介绍了SA537C1.1材料的焊接热影响区最高硬度试验和斜Y型坡口裂纹试验,焊接接头力学性能等试验,提出了对大型球罐组焊方案选择的依据。
This paper diseribes the weldability test for steel SA537C1. 1, it includes the maximum hardness test in weld heat-affected zone, the Y-slit groove cracking test, mechanical property test and the hardness test of butt joint. This paper also proposes the technical basis of plan selection for big-sized spherical tank erecting and welding.
