摘要
本文根据国产中容积中碳锰钢实物气瓶全寿命疲劳试验数据,通过较详尽的统计与可靠性分析,给出了可靠度为99.99%的n_S^R=1.5、n_N^R=8的气瓶简体疲劳设计曲线,供气瓶疲劳设计与疲劳分析使用,也为有关标准的制定提供了实验依据。
Depending on full-fife fatigue test data of medium volume gas cylinders of medium carbon manganese steel home made, and by means of statistics and reliability analysis in details the paper proposed a fatigue design curve of gas cylinderical shell with n_S^R=1.5, n_N^R=8 upon 99.99% of reliability. It is used for fatigue design and analysis in engineering and give a reference with experimental basis for national preparation.
