摘要
1 问题的提出近年来,高速运转的发电机护环在嵌装面、紧力面R角等部位曾多次发现裂纹。这种裂纹以点蚀部位为起源,其裂纹具有沿晶、穿晶、混晶特征。裂纹尺寸极小且不规则,但又是危害安全运行的隐患。
This is novel method to detect stress corrosion micro-cracks on the inner surface of the inservice generator ring. This method offers a practice means for examining and monitoring microcracks.
