摘要
本研究对一栋密闭式种猪舍部分有害气体的分布状况进行了观测,结果表明,在舍内0.2m、0.5m和0.8m的不同高度层中,氨气的平均浓度分别为6.7mg/kg、8.9mg/kg和4.7mg/kg,其中,0.5m显著高于0.8m(P<0.05),日高峰值出现在6:00时的0.5m高度层,为17.6mg/kg;硫化氢的平均浓度分别为0.16mg/kg、0.15mg/kg和0.13mg/kg,各浓度间差异不显著性(P>0.05),日高峰值出现在14:00时的0.2m高度层,为0.25mg/kg。整个试验期间氨气和硫化氢最高浓度和日平均浓度均低于畜禽环境空气质量标准。
The experiment was conducted to observe distribution of some kinds of poisonous gases in one airtightbreeding pig house. During experimental period, the results showed that the average concentrations of ammoniawere 6.7mg/kg, 8.9mg/kg and 4.7mg/kg on 0.2m, 0.5m and 0.8m-height layer respectively, and that on 0.5m-height layer was significantly higher than that on 0.8m-height layer (P<0.05). The daily peak of ammonia concen-tration (17.6mg/kg) appeared at 6:00 on 0.5m-height layer. The average concentrations of hydrogen sulfide were0.16mg/kg, 0.15mg/kg and 0.13mg/kg on 0.2m, 0.5m and 0.8m-height layer respectively, and there was no differ-ence between that on the layers (P>0.05). The daily peak of hydrogen sulfide ( 0.25 mg/kg ) appeared at 14:00 on0.2m-height layer. The maximum and the daily average concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide werelower than that of air quality standards of stocks’environment.
