摘要
高校中流传着"学习成绩好,不如能力强,能力强不如素质高"的说法,目前社会已进入高科技的信息时代,对人才的素质,特别是良好的心理素质提出了更高的要求。本文试图从高校学生心理素质和创造能之间的关系进行探讨性分析和研究作为高校教育管理观的转换提供理论基础。
In colleges and universities, a saying goes like this:'Great ability is superior to good grades but inferior to high quality '.Nowadays the high tech and IT society makes greater compact on talented persons' qualities ,especially their good psychological quality. This paper attempts to investigate the relation between psychological quality and creative abilities of college students , and offer a theoretical basis to the transformation of the view on the management of the college education.
