摘要
采用连续缩聚、直接纺丝、拉伸卷绕生产工艺,研究了纺制纤度为200dtex~700dtex的尼龙66细旦工业丝的工艺条件.结果表明,当聚酰胺熔体相对黏度(甲酸法)为70~72,纺丝温度为305℃~310℃,冷却风温20℃~24℃,风速0 3m/s~0 4m/s,第一、二、三拉伸温度分别为60℃,185℃,185℃;拉伸倍数5 0倍~5 2倍,卷绕速度<2600m/min,网络压力为300kPa~350kPa时,可获得质量优异的尼龙66细旦工业丝.
The technology conditions of spinning 200 dtex~700 dtex nylon 66 fine denier industrial fiber by continuous condensation polymerization,direct spinning,tensile wind_up production technology are studied.The result shows that excellent quality nylon 66 fine denier industrial fiber can be obtained,when the following technology conditions are chosen:polymer relative viscosity(in methane acid) is 70~72,filature temperature is 305 ℃~310 ℃,cooling wind temperature is 20 ℃~24 ℃,wind velocity is 0.3 m/s~0.4 m/s,the first,second and third tensile temperature is 60 ℃,185 ℃,185 ℃ respectively,tensile multiple is 5.0 times~5.2 times,wind speed<(2600) m/min,lattice pressure is 300 kPa~350 kPa.
