摘要 我国的国家公务员考试录用制度实施较短 ,当前尚存在着法律保障欠缺 ,管理机构地位低下 ,考试科目与内容缺乏信度 ,考试录用环节不合理而缺少效度以及考试监督体系不完备等。从而改革应当沿着加快立法进程 ,提升管理机构地位 ,科学设置考试科目与内容 ,完善考录环节与考试监督体系的方向进行 ,以保障公民公平、公正地参与政府管理的权利 ,真正做到选贤任能 。 Since the system of examining and employing officials has just been set up and put into practice for quite short a period in China, there still exist in it some problems such as lacking legal guarantee, poor status of the administrative organization, inappropriate device of examined subjects and content, unreasonable and inefficient system of admitting, imperfect system of supervision, and etc. So the reform should be carried out in the direction of speeding the process of enacting laws, improving the status of the administrative organization , devising the examined subjects and content appropriately, perfecting the admitting and supervising system so as to protect the rights of the public to fairly and justly participate in the government's administration, to select the worthy and promote the capable people so as to improve the government's efficiency consequently.
