摘要
本文针对我国目前道德方面的问题 ,提出在《刑法》中增设“国家工作人员见危不救罪”
With the appearance of moral problems at present in China, the thesis suggests to extend a crime of public servant's neglecting to save life in danger in Criminal Law.
