摘要
为了研究硫酸盐废水的处理 ,利用天然钡矿石对硫酸盐废水进行吸附 .通过正交试验得出 ,在各影响因素中 ,反应时间的影响最为显著 .在实际操作中 ,调节 pH值和控制时间是比较关键的步骤 .又通过单因素试验得出 ,在废水的 pH =9、停留时间为 80min左右时 ,该吸附剂具有较好的吸附效果 .这种离子交换吸附法具有成本低、操作简单。
In order to study the treatment of the sulfate waste water,natural barium ore was taken to adsorb the sulfate waste water.The results of orthogonal tests showed that the reaction time exercised influence the most among the different influencing factors.Adjusting the pH values and controlling the reaction time were relatively two key operations in practice.The single factor tests showed that the adsorptive capacity of this agent was the best when pH value of the waste water was 9 and the retention time lasted 80 minutes.This ion exchange adsorption has the advantages of low cost,simple operation and no secondary pollution.
