摘要
用蒙特卡罗 (MonteCarlo ,M C)法分别对光在人肺组织和人体动脉三层组织中的传输特性进行了研究 ,得到如下结果 :漫反射率Rd 随着组织折射率n的增大线性减小 ,而吸收比A随着组织折射率n的增大几乎是线性地增大。但对于多层组织来说 ,越深层处的折射率对Rd 的影响越小 ,并且由于各层组织的厚度和光学特性不同 ,各层组织的折射率对吸收比A的影响也有所不同。因此 。
The light propagations in human lung and three-layer artery are simulated by Monte Carlo method. It results that, with the increasing of the refractive index, the diffuse reflectance R_d is linearly decreased and absorptance A is almost linearly increased. But for multi-layer tissues, the influence of the refractive index in the deeper layer of the tissue on R_d is less, and the influence of the refractive index in the different layer of the tissue on A is different because each layer has its own thickness and optical property. Therefore, the refractive index is a very important parameter in bio-tissue.
