摘要
目的 探讨冻干人羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果和手术方法。方法 对 3 0例 ( 3 0眼 )翼状胬肉患者实施胬肉切除术和冻干人羊膜覆盖术。结果 3 0例 ( 3 0眼 )行此手术 ,术后观察羊膜片在 2～ 3周后溶解 ,随访 6～ 15个月 ,2例复发 ,复发率为 6 7%。结论 冻干人羊膜是安全有效治疗翼状胬肉的新方法 ,可较大程度地降低箭肉术后复发率。
Objective To observe the effect and method of lyophilized human amniotic membrane in treamtne tof pterygium.Methods 30 cases(30 eyes)with pterygium were excised and pathed with lyophilized human amniotic membrane.Results In all cases,the amniotic membrane dissolved after 2 to 3 weeks.after 6 to 15 months of follow-up,recurrences occurred in 2 eye(6.7%).Conclusions lyophilized human amniotic membrane is a safe and effective new method in treatment of pterygium.It can significantly decrease the recurrence of pterygium.
