摘要
目的 观察小剂量DDP、5_Fu联合力尔凡治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的近期疗效及不良反应。方法 5 1例晚期消化道肿瘤患者 ,分为A、B两组 ,A组 :采用 5_Fu 3 5 0mg/m2 ,慢速滴注共 2 8天 ,DDP 3 .5～ 7.5mg/m2 、每周 4次 ,连续 4周。B组 :化疗药物同A组 ,力尔凡 2 0mg静脉滴注 ,2 8天。结果 A组 2 7例中 ,完全缓解 (CR) 2例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 8例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 2 9 63 %。B组 2 4例中 ,完全缓解 (CR) 4例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 10例 ,总有效率 5 8.3 3 %。不良反应低。结论 以小剂量DDP、5_Fu联合力尔凡治疗恶性肿瘤有高效低毒的特点 ,颇适宜于年老体弱的晚期肿瘤患者。
Objective To observe the curative effect and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with low_dose cisplatin, 5_fluorouracil and lifein in patients with advanced alimentary cancer.Methods 51 patients were divided into two groups. There are 27 patients in group A and 24 patients in group B. The patients in group A were treated by combination chemotherapy of continuous infusion 5_Fu and DDP. 5_Fu was given at a dose of 350 mg/m 2 and DDP was given at a dose of 3.5～7.5 mg/m 2, infused for four times in one week for 4 weeks. The chemotherapy drugs for patients in group B were the same as that for patients in group A. But they were infused by lifein at a dose of 20 mg at the same time.Results There are 2 patients with complete response and 6 patients with partial response in group A. Overall response rate was 29.63%. There are 4 patients with complete response and 10 patients with partial response in group B. Overall response rate was 58.33%. The toxicities to patients in group B were milder than those in group A.Conclusion A higher response rate is attainable in patients with advanced cancer treated by combination of low_dose 5_Fu, DDP and lifein with mild toxicity. The chemotherapy project was adapted for old or weak patients.
