摘要
目的 观察博宁并用化疗治疗骨转移癌的疗效 方法 将 3 1例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 18例患者静脉滴注博宁 90mg/次 ,每 4周 1次 ,同时并用化疗 ;对照组 13例单用化疗 ;结果 治疗组治疗骨痛有效率为 83 3 3 % ,活动能力改善率为 77 78% ,KPS评分提高率为 72 2 2 % ,无主要毒副作用 ;对照组分别为 3 0 77% ,3 8 46% ,2 3 0 8% ,三者与治疗组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 博宁能较好地控制恶性肿瘤骨转移所引起的骨痛 ,促进骨骼修复 ,改善患者活动能力 ,提高患者的生存质量 ,安全可靠 ,患者耐受良好。
Objective To study the curative effect of chemotherapy with bonin on metastatic bone cancer.Methods:31 patients were divided into two groups at random.The experimental group including 18 patients was treated by chemotherapy with bonin.Bonin was given at a dose of 90mg one time,infused for 4 weeks one time.The control group was treated only by chemotherapy.Results No evident side-effect in experimental group.The effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,the movement improvement rate was 77.78%,the KPS score improvement rate was 72.22%,whereas the rate in control group was 30.77%,38.46% and 23.08%.There is a remarkable different results between the two groups.Conclusion Bonin is effective to bone pain which was induced by malignant tumor.Bonin can promote bone repairing,improve movement capacity and improve life quality.It is safe and less side-effect.
