摘要
目的 观察CMF(CTX +MXT +5 Fu)治疗心电图异常晚期乳腺癌患者的近期疗效及心脏毒性。方法 14例有心电图异常的晚期乳腺癌病人接受CMF联合方案化疗 (CTX 60 0mg/m2 ·d1,iv ;MXT 12mg/m2 ·d1,iv ;5 Fu 5 0 0mg/m2 ·d1～ 5,iv)。结果 总有效率达64 3 % ,CR 2 1 4% ,不良反应主要是骨髓抑制 ,心电图异常、恶心、呕吐及脱发等。结论 CTX/MXT/5 Fu化疗方案是治疗伴有心电图异常晚期乳腺癌患者的有效方法 ,心脏毒性可以耐受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and cardiotoxicities of combination chemotherapy of mitoxantrone for advanced breast cancer with abnormal electrocardiogram.Methods 14 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer with abnormal electrocardiogram receiving CTX/MXT/5_Fu chemotherapy was reported.(CTX 600 mg/m 2·d 1,iv;MXT 12 mg/m 2·d 1,iv;5_Fu 500 mg/m 2·d 1～5 ,iv).Results The total response rate was 64.3%, CR rate was 21.4%,The main side effects were neurotoxicities,cardiotoxicities and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion It is an effective regimen for advanced breast cancer with abnormal electrocardiogram that the regimen is composed of CTX/MXT/5_Fu and cardiotoxicities is tolerant.
