摘要
介绍一种等离子体教学实验装置的构造、原理及其诊断方法,其主体是由球形玻璃真空放电室构成,它可获得直流辉光等离子体;当外加磁场时可实现对等离子体的约束;利用静电探针可以对等离子体的基本参数如:电子温度和电子密度进行测量诊断。
This paper introduced a magnetically confined plasma teaching experimental device. Its main frame is made up of a spherical glass vacuum discharge chamber. It can gain the direct current glow plasmas of the audio-visual. The plasma can be confined by using magnetic field. The plasma parameter, such as electron temperature and electron density, can be diagnosed by the static electricity probe.
