摘要
本文对近年来有关我国企业培训管理现状的研究进行了文献述评 ,归纳出我国企业培训管理现存主要问题是 :培训投入较少 ,业务管理水平低下 ,专业人才缺乏 ,配套制度薄弱与设备设施落后等 ,应引起足够重视。同时 ,本文也对有关研究的不足之处提出了批评意见 ,指出了今后有待努力的方向。并强调加强企业培训管理。
This article reviews the studies of training management conditions in Chinese enterprises.It sums up that the main defects of training management in Chinese enterprises are short of funds for training,low on standards of management,lacking in professional,weak in rules and regulations as well as deficient in facilities.Those defects should be greatly valued.Meanwhile,it gives the critical views on the studies and points out the fields to be further taped.Finally the authors emphasize that improving training management and productivity is the fundamental way for Chinese enterprises to develop in the future.
