摘要
有效识别环境因素是企业建立 ISO14 0 0 1环境管理体系的重要基础 ,针对企业识别环境因素过程中普遍存在的调查组组织构成不完全 ,人员权责不明确 ,信息交流不充分 ,调查程序设置不合理等问题 ,从实践出发 ,设计了一个富有效率的系统化的工作模式 。
To identify environmental factors effectively is the important basis for corporations to establish environmental management system according to ISO 14001 standard. But in the process of identification of aspects, there are many problems which will influence the results, such as the structure of investigation team, powers and responsibilities belonging to each group, the pattern of communications among groups and investigation procedure. The paper is to design an efficient work model to resolve these problems systematically.
