摘要 研制一种新型铸造铝硅合金AlSi7Cu2Mg ,用以替代日本的AC4B和美国的 3 2 8.0铝硅系合金。对此合金的熔炼处理工艺及T7热处理工艺进行研究 ,得出最佳热处理工艺参数 :5 15℃× 6h +2 10℃× 6h时 ,力学性能达到σb=3 2 0MPa ,δ5>2 %。与T6处理相比 ,虽然损失部分力学性能 ,但尺寸稳定性更佳 ,有利于发动机性能的提高 ,且热处理时间短 ,生产成本降低。目前 。 A new type of AlSi7Cu2Mg cast alloy was developed to replace the AC4B Al-Si alloy from Japan and 328.0 Al-Si alloy from America. The melting process and T7 heat treatment technique were researched,the (mechanical) properties were also tested in the corresponding heat treatment condition, and get the ideal (comprehensive) mechanical properties. The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloy can reach 320 MPa,_δ__5>2% when its heat treatment cycle is 515 ℃×6 h+210 ℃×6 h. And comparison to the T6 heat treatment, despite a part of mechanical properties was lost, its dimension stabilization is better, and it makes for the (improvement) of the engine properties. Further more, its production cost would be reduced due to its short heat-treatment time. At present, the alloy has been used in the cylinder cover of the car imported, and it will be more widely used in the future.
