摘要
45例乙脑患者(男29,女16,年龄8±5a)在常规治疗的基础上加胞磷胆碱,成人0.25-0.50g/d,儿童10mg/(kg·d)加入10％葡萄糖液100-250mL静滴,qd,疗程7-10d。与常规治疗无胞磷胆碱组43例相比,结果显示总有效率前组91％,后组84％(P>0.05),但治愈率前组91％明显高于后组74％(P<0.05)。
Forty-five patients with epidemic encephalitis B (M29, F16, age 8+5a) received citicoline (adult 0.25-0.50 g/d and children 10mg/(kg.d) in 10% glucose 100-250mL iv, for 7-10 d) in addition to conventional therapy. They were compared with the other 43 patients receiving conventional therapy only. The total response rate were 91% in the former group, and 84% in the latter group (P>0.05). The cure rate was significantly superior in the citicoline group (P<0.05).
