摘要
目的 :探讨一种股骨中下段骨折接骨板治疗的新方法。方法 :根据桥梁力学原理及结构形式设计一种接骨板并用于 3 8例 41肢股骨中下段骨折的治疗 ,在 8、 12、 16、 2 0、 2 4周随访复查骨愈合情况。结果 :3 8例 41肢在12周临床愈合 3 9肢 ,牢固愈合 2 2肢 ;16周临床愈合 41肢 ,牢固愈合 3 7肢 ;2 0周有 40肢牢固愈合 ;2 4周全部牢固愈合。结论 :桥式接骨板是治疗股骨中下段骨折一种较好的内固定方法。
Objective: To study a sort of new bone plate to treat the femoral fracture at middle and distal part.Methods:Devised a sort of bone plate according to mechanics elements and structure form of bridge and treated on 38 patients 41 femoral fracture at middle and distal part.Followed up and re examined in 8?12?16?20?24 weeks.Results:In 38 patients 41 femoral fractures there were 39 bone union clinically.Amony them, 22 bones were sound and fast union in 12 weeks,37 bones were sound and union fast in 16 weeks.There were 40 bones were fact union in 20 weeks,all were fast and sound union in 24 weeks.Conclusion:Bridge type bone plate is a better method of internal fixation for treating the femoral fracture at middle and distal part.
