摘要
对13例慢性支气管炎并肺气肿和肺心病患者进行了心脏微导管检查术,结果显示肺动脉收缩压、舒张压,平均压分别波动在3.07～8.40Kpa,1.73～4.40kPa 和2.40～6.27kPa。13例中12例的肺动脉压明显升高,超过正常值。在缓慢静注酚妥拉明(5～10mg)后20分钟、30分钟和60分钟肺动脉压均显著降低。提示肺心病患者静注酚妥拉明,对降低肺动脉压,改善心功能有裨益。
The effects of Regitine on the pulmonary artery pressure were observed in 13 patients with chronic obstructive disease of lung.All of the 13 patients were studied by cardial micro-catheterization.The results show that the systolic,diastolic and mean pressure of pulmonary artery were fluctuation within 3.07～8.04,1.37～4.40 and 2.40～4.27 KPa, respe ctively;the pressure of pulmonary artery of 12 patients were higher than normal volue.After giving Regitine (5～10mg)intrevenously,injected velocity was about lmg/min,all the pulmonary pressure was significient decreazde in the 20 min,30min and 60min.It is suggested that Regitine may be beneficial for decreasing the pressure of pulmonary artery,and the for improving function of heart in patients with cor pulmonary.
