摘要
对80侧手蚓状肌的神经支配及血液供应解剖观察的结果表明:第一、二蚓状肌分别由正中神经的第一、二指掌侧总神经支配,第三蚓状肌由正中神经的第三指掌侧总神经支配者占25%,受尺神经深支和受正中神经、尺神经双重支配者均为37.5%。第四蚓状肌全部由尺神经深支支配。蚓状肌主要由掌浅、深弓供血,占89.4%。
The innervation and blood supply in 80 hand lumbrical muscles were observed through anatomy.The first and second lumbrical muscles are innervated by the first and second common palmar digital branch of the median nerve respectively.The third lumbrical muscles arc controlled by the third common palmar digital branches of the median nerve, all of which is 25%;controlled by the deep branch of the ulnar nerve,The same as by the median and ulnar nerve,both of which arc 37.5%.The fourth lumbrical muscles arc all controlled by the deep branch of the ulnar nerve.The blood supply for the lumbrical muscales mainly comes from the deep arch and the superficial and of the palm,whch is about 89.4%.
