摘要
从P∈—∈,P—T等地层界线上的特征岩石、古生物大规模灭绝和Ir及ξ^(13)C的异常等研究表明,与K—R界线一样,在这些界线上也可能存在有地外灾变事件。同时文中提出了界线灾变事件、界线灾变期、界线灾变环境、界线层、界线粘土层、梅树村地质事件等与研究事件地层学有关的一系列新概念。
Discoveries of catastrophic events cn stratigraphic columns indivdted by petro-graphical, minerological and geochemical changes at the P∈/∈, P/T, K/R and in same degree O/S,D/C and Q1/Q2. Stratigraphic boundaries were also witnessed, by writer. These, including the Ir anomaly, δ13C penetration, boundary clay,midrosph-erules mass extinction of organisms, distinctive exchange of sedimentary environments,etc.,are doubtless related to extraterrestrial catastrophic events.Thus,the extraterrestrial catastrophic events are the foundamental to geological history division.Here some new gaologcal terms as'boundary layer', 'boundary clay layer', 'boundary catastrophic event', 'boundary catastrophic stage', 'boundary catastrophic environment', 'Meishucun catastrophic event', and anew theory of'Earth Ring' as dynamica of extraterrestrial events,are suggested and briefly explained in the paper,
