摘要
为探讨呋喃妥因片剂的质量,作者测定了四家药厂产品的溶出度,经统计学处理,其结果溶出Td尚存差异,并与崩解度有关。
In order to make an investigation of quality for tablets of furantoin on intestinal dissolution (TFID). In our work, four kinds of TFID were collected from four different pharmaceutical factories and their dissolution rate and disintegration rate were measured. The results show the dissolution rate Td are different and it is related to disintegration rate.
