中国茶文化源远流长,悠久的历史使国人对茶一直有种与生俱来的偏爱。但是随着生活节奏的加快和人民生活水平的提高,细嚼慢咽的传统饮茶方式愈来愈不适应广大人民群众的要求,人们需要的是一种更方便休闲的茶饮品。同时,追求营养、讲究天然的现代人保健消费意识的日臻成熟,使茶饮料工业化随之应运而生。在日本、中国台湾省这些深受茶文化影响的经济发达国家和地区,茶饮料更是风行一时。
Modern lifestyles no longer allow for the traditional but time-consuming tea-drinking customs. Instead, busy consumers are turning to convenient tea beverage. In terms of beverage production, three technical problems are often encountered. These are difficulties in color protection, aroma retention and precipitate prevention, but which can be reduced through the optimization of equipment and control measures.
