摘要
采用传统工艺酿制黄酒 ,在黄酒生产过程中添加6种药食两用药材 ,包括枸杞子、陈皮、红花、甘草、茯苓、山药 ,再配合以酒精浸提6种药材 ,最后调配成低度。
Low alcohol, nutritional and healthy Liuhe Liqueur was finally produced by the addition of six kinds of Chinese medicine (wolfberry fruit, dried tangerine peel, safflower, liquorice, tuchahoe and yam which steeped in alcohol solution) in the production of yellow rice wine with the traditional technologies.(Tran by YUE Yang)
