摘要
家族化管理是民营企业中的一种普遍现象。随着企业内外部环境的变化,这种所有权与经营权相一致的管理模式日益暴露出其弊端。这就需要从制度经济学的角度分析民营企业家族化管理向现代企业制度管理过渡的原因、路径,从而制定相应的措施。
Family management is a universal phenomenon in private companies. With the changes in their internal and external environment, defects have been increasingly exposed in this management model with consistent ownership and operation. This makes it necessary to analyze from the perspective of institutional economics the reasons and paths for the transition of private companies from family management to modern-enterprise-system management so as to formulate appropriate measures.
