摘要
大力发展航天装备是新时期我军装备发展的首要任务.在航天装备的发展过程中,航天装备费用问题一直是关注的焦点.从进行航天装备费用分析的必要性出发,分析了航天装备效能、费用和风险的关系;介绍了国内外装备费用分析的研究情况;并结合我国航天装备发展现状,提出了目前存在的问题及对策.
Space equipment is an important power in our military equipment system. Strongly developing space equipment is primary task of our military equipment development in this new period. In the process of space equipment developing, space equipment cost is always our focus. Based on the necessity of cost analysis in the development of space equipment. The paper gives the relationship of efficiency, cost and risk. And then introduces the actuality of cost analysis all over the world. According to the actuality of our space equipment, the paper suggests some problems and gives some advice.
