转移农村剩余劳动力是全面建设农村小康社会的关键措施之一。目前 ,农村剩余劳动力的转移受到素质低、劳动力市场发育迟缓、流动存在盲目性等因素的制约 ,因此 。
Transformation of rural surplus labour is one of key measures for building a wel l-off society across the country.Now the transformation of rural surplus labour is restricted by low quality of labour,slow development of labour market,blind move and other factors.Therefore we must actively explore approach and countremeasur es for transformation of rural surplus labour.
