In this article, the author makes an objective analysis on successful experience and unsuccessful lesson of competitive sports among top 8 countries in 27 th Olympic Games. The result shows that rational exploitation, utilization and collocating sports resources such as manpower, financial, material, information, science, system are the important successful experience for every country to keep sports sustained development. The deficiency of sports finance and quality of preparing for games are the main factors that restrict unsuccessful sports countries in 27 th Olympic Games.
